Warranty Coverage

Returns Policy
If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following guidelines:

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and unopened.

Airsoft guns must not be fired, as fired guns cannot be resold as new.

A receipt is required for all returns.
Custom-built guns: Custom builds have a 2-week repair warranty for normal wear and tear. Note that all parts and labor for custom builds are charged upfront.
How to Process a Return:

Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number from customer service at 651-529-2735 or returns@airsoftarmory.com.

Include the RA# with your return for tracking purposes.

Items will be inspected by our returns department before processing.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage and return eligibility will be voided under the following conditions:

Disassembly, upgrades, repairs, or alterations performed without authorization.

Removal of the federally mandated orange tip or safety markings.
-
Use of BBs below 0.20g, which may cause jamming or damage.

Tactical gear or apparel that is soiled or missing original tags.

Opened maintenance parts or upgrades showing clear signs of use (e.g., opened gearboxes).
Manufacturer's Warranty
Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty:

Warranty periods vary by manufacturer.

Customers must register products with the manufacturer to activate coverage.

Manufacturer warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer.
Custom-built guns: All custom builds include a 2-week warranty through Airsoft Armory, with the above exclusions applying.
