RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICIES DETAILS:
The following are important notes about returning any airsoft products for refund, or exchange. Please carefully review all the information below before proceeding with your return. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any purchase from Airsoft Armory that is new and not opened. (Airsoft Guns must not be Shot) You must have the receipt. The item must not be shot because we cannot sell as new if its been shot. This does exclude any custom-built guns. Custom guns will have a 2-week repair warranty for normal wear and tear. If you order a custom gun, we charge you upfront for all the parts and labor.
How to return-
You must get a return RA# from our customer service department for all returns. Call Directly to 651-529-2735 or email email@example.com. You will apply this number to the return so we can track your return in a timely manner. All returns are subject to inspection by our returns department before being processed.
We do not cover shipping cost for items returned by carrier of your choice.
All airsoft guns bought through Airsoft Armory will have a 2-week repair warranty on normal wear and tear.
The following will void your warranty and ability to return an item:
- Attempting disassembly of the gun, upgrades, repairs, or altering the product in any way. This includes intentional damage, removal of the federally mandated orange tip or any warning/safety labels or markings.
- Use of low-grade BBs. Any BBs under .20 (They may cause jamming)
- Tactical Gear/Apparel that is soiled or missing its original tags.
- Any upgrade, repairs, or maintenance part that is opened and/or show clear signs of use are not eligible for a refund of any kind. (This includes opening the gearbox)
