Returns & Warranty Policies

At Airsoft Armory, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Below are the details regarding returns, exchanges, and warranties. Please review these carefully before initiating a return.

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any item that is new and unopened. For airsoft guns, they must not be shot, as firing voids the ability to return the product. Items must be accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that custom-built guns are excluded from this policy.

Custom Gun Warranty

Custom-built guns come with a 2-week repair warranty that covers normal wear and tear. For custom orders, payment for parts and labor is required upfront.

How to Return an Item

To begin the return process, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team.

Include the RA number with your return to ensure timely processing. Items must pass inspection by our Returns Department before the return or exchange is finalized. Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Airsoft Armory and must be paid by the customer using a carrier of their choice.

What Voids a Warranty or Return

The following actions will void your warranty or ability to return an item:

  • Disassembly or Modification: Attempting repairs, upgrades, or altering the product (including gearbox tampering or removal of the federally mandated orange tip or safety markings).

  • Use of Low-Grade BBs: Using BBs under 0.20g, as they can cause jamming.

  • Condition of Tactical Gear/Apparel: Returned items must be unsoiled with original tags intact.

  • Opened Upgrade/Repair Parts: Any parts that are opened or show clear signs of use are non-refundable.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Warranty periods are determined by the manufacturer of the product. Some items may require registration upon receipt, and it is the customer's responsibility to complete this process to activate the warranty. For warranty repairs, customers must contact the manufacturer directly, as all warranty work is handled through them.
